The hotel rooms were modern and very similar to a king suite at the Trump. Despite my discomfort about finding a pubic hair in the shower, they didn't send housekeeping to clean the room. The hotel room looked clean but had a really bad smell. The staff was polite and professional. The location is easy to find, not too far from the airport, and you are close to everything. The dining experience was excellent, with repeated but good meals every day.

The room I stayed in had two Queen beds, a chair and ottoman, desk and chair, flat screen television, Kuerig coffee maker with tea and coffee, bar fridge, safe, iron and ironing board. Although it looked clean, there was a really bad smell lingering, which was disappointing.

The service was very nice. Although they didn't offer any compensation at the moment, they assured me the manager would take care of it at check out. I had asked for a Diamond upgrade and they happily arranged alternate transportation, even taking me to the airport.
